The start of this race was delayed by approximetly 2 minutes to allow for the removal of wildlife from the track.
Josephine was quick to begin. Olson Bale, Mitch Bale and Coyote Ugly were slow to begin.
Fonzarelli, Mitch Bale, King Lorrimer and Coyote Ugly collided on the first turn, checking Olson Bale, Mitch Bale, King Lorrimer and Coyote Ugly. Olson Bale galloped on the heels of Mitch Bale approaching the home turn, checking Mitch Bale, King Lorrimer and Coyote Ugly. Josephine raced wide entering the home straight.
Due to an issue with the semaphore board the electronic times were not displayed immediately and had to be manually entered by the judge.
