Steward's Report
Rockin' Richard was quick to begin. Bing Money was slow to begin. Bing Money was checked off Nitro Nana soon after the start. Nitro Nana was checked off Rockin' Richard on the first turn causing Nitro Nana to race wide. Nitro Nana and Bing Money collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds. Bing Money marred Nitro Nana entering the home straight.
Nitro Nana underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right shoulder muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Bing Money underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured left monkey muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. C. Dalton the representative for Bing Money regarding the greyhound's racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Bing Money was charged with marring. Mr. Dalton pleaded guilty to the charge, Bing Money is suspended for 28 days at Warragul and must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
