Shaggy Rose and Uzzi Bale collided soon after the start.  Geller Allen, Zipping Hector and Akina Cosmo collided on the first turn severely checking Geller Allen which faltered and subsequently pulled up.  

Geller Allen underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right monkey muscle.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Uzzi Bale underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an abraded webbing on the right hind foot.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Kadalex Kid - late scratching at 3.18pm when Mr. K. Reynolds reported the greyhound to have an injured hock (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certiifcate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Kingsbrae Boof underwent a post race examination and was found to have an injured left back muscle.  A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Okay Sam and What's Up Skip were slow to begin.  Tansy and Shady Tex collided approaching the first turn checking Shady Tex.  Okay Sam and What's Up Skip collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.  Shady Tex and What's Up Skip collided on the home turn.  Shady Tex was checked off What's Up Skip entering the home straight.

Akina Spot was quick to begin.  Rapid Response was slow to begin.  Anise and Akina Archer collided soon after the start checking Anise.  Akina Spice was checked off Akina Archer approaching the first turn.  Akina Spot eased on the first turn and lost ground.  Akina Spot was checked off Saipan Bale on the first turn.  Jillissa and Mombasa collided enteirng the home straight.,

 Akina Spot underwent a post race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 11.  Akina Spot was found to have an injured right back muscle.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. P. Rowley regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1),  Akina Spot was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Rowley pleaded guilty to the charge, Akina Spot must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Quick Paws was quick to begin.  Rock Me David and Bonafide collided soon after the start.  Kawhi was checked off Quick Paws on the first turn checking Kawhi, Rock Me David and Crakalakin Caity.  Beatrice and Crakalakin Caity collided on the home turn.  Kawhi was checked off Quick Paws entering the home straight.
