Knuckle Buster underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Roll Your Eyes and Pack Of Jokers collided soon after the start.  Taya Bale and More Deductions collided soon after the start.  Roll Your Eyes and Bubba Jo collided on the first turn checking Bubba Jo.  Coalville Crash and Taya Bale collided on the second turn.  Coalville Crash visibly eased on the third turn.  

Coalville Crash underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right hind quadriceps muscle injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr Dennis Pulis, regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the third turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Coalville Crash was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Pulis pleaded guilty to the charge, Coalville Crash must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Madalia Mick was slow to begin.

Wyoming Express, Madalia Mick and Mister Mercury collided on the first turn checking Mister Mercury, causing Madalia Mick to race wide as a result.  Staggerism, Lot Coin Babe and Dundee Joker collided on the first turn.  Staggerism and Dundee Joker collided approaching the winning post.  

Living Daylights and Cabin Fever were slow to begin.

Zipping Hector, Cabin Fever and Han Solo collided soon after the start.  Zipping Hector checked off Living Daylights on the first turn.  Blusain Bolt and South Of Eden collided entering the front straight.  Cabin Fever and Han Solo collided in the front straight.  Blusain Bolt, South Of Eden, Zipping Hector and Living Daylights collided on the second turn checking South Of Eden and Zipping Hector.  Han Solo lost ground.  

Han Solo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 10. Han Solo was found to have injuries to the left hip and right thigh muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr Greg Doyle, the trainer of Han Solo regarding its performance in this event. Stewards deemed the performance unsatisfactory, acting in accordance with GAR 71, Han Solo must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Supplementary Report: Trainer Mr Greg Doyle subsequently advised the Stewards that Han Solo had a mild to moderate tear of the right gracillus muscle and that would require a 2-3 week recuperation period.

Miss Zok Dee and Madalia Maggie were slow to begin.

Rosie Cotton underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left foreleg humerus fracture. Rosie Cotton was humanely euthanased.
