Steward's Report
Straitline Willy was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Seaton Star checked off Lottie Biscotti approaching the first turn. Sure To Excite and Seaton Star collided on the first turn checking Seaton Star severely checking Sure To Excite. Monster Machine checked off Lottie Biscotti on the first turn checking Shady Tex. Merchant Prince raced wide on the home turn checking Straitline Willy and Lakeview Isla.
Sure To Excite underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
