Riley's Paige underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg carpal sprain. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Front Page News underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left foreleg shin soreness and a right hindleg calf injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr P. Abela, regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Front Page News was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr P. Abela pleaded guilty to the charge, Front Page News must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Spring Trick and Couture collided soon after the start, severely checking Spring Trick. Midnight Turbo, Blue Mascara, Reiko Houdini and Lumen Nation collided soon after the start, checking Midnight Turbo, Blue Mascara and Reiko Houdini.  Couture checked off Lumen Nation approaching the first turn.  Cavatate and Couture collided approaching the first turn, checking Cavatate.  Reiko Houdini checked off Sharni's My Girl on the first turn.  Spring Trick brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Blue Mascara checked off Cavatate on the second turn.  Sharni's My Girl checked off Lumen Nation approaching the third turn and again on the home turn.  Cavatate checked off Lumen Nation entering the home straight. 

Spring Trick underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race seven.  No apparent injury was reported.

Cawbourne Get Up, Henrow Bale, Dyna Uni and Roger Express collided soon after the start, checking all four greyhounds.  Dyna Uni checked off Roger Express on the first turn.  Henrow Bale galloped on the heels of Mick's Advice on the third turn, checking Mick's Advice.  Mick's Advice and Dyna Uni collided entering the home straight.  Mick's Advice and Shimando collided in the home straight.
