What Feeling and Maybe Hostile collided at the 250m mark.  Bea The Queen checked off Four Keeps at the 250m mark.  Lunar Express and Four Keeps collided at the 200m mark.  Nellie Briggs crossed to the outside at the 150m mark and collided with Lunar Express.  Nellie Briggs visibly eased approaching winning post.  

Nellie Briggs underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to the handler Mr Jye Formosa, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Nellie Briggs was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Formosa pleaded guilty to the charge, Nellie Briggs must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Aston Bintang was quick to begin.  Lisa's Edge and Modern Icon were slow to begin.

Tears In Eyes underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a split webbing to left foreleg. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

I'm The Goat - Late scratching at 12:07pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a fractured tail tip. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Allanon and Flaming Fabio collided soon after the start.  Allanon raced wide at the 250m mark and collided with Flaming Fabio, Regal Duke and Tiger Seventeen.

Allanon underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right hip and hamstring. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Going In Style underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left back muscle and left hamstring. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Weighing 28.1kg and beginning from box 3, Okay Kirsty completed the 350m trial distance in a time of 19.96. Okay Kirsty placed 2nd in a field of 5 starters beaten by 1.75 lengths. Okay Kirsty has been cleared to race at Healesville.
