Driftin' Away was quick to begin. Mepunga Frankie and Weblec Jack were slow to begin.

Diego Fernando and I'm Easy Boys collided soon after the start.  Fifty Dollars, Zipping Dodge, Diego Fernando and I'm Easy Boys collided soon after the start.  Rock It Fernando and Fifty Dollars collided soon after the start.  I'm Easy Boys and Sky Wesley collided on the first turn.  Zipping Dodge and Wears Woodleigh collided on the first turn.  Sky Wesley galloped on I'm Easy Boys entering the back straight.

Marcello was quick to begin.

Dyna Xerox, Extra Gear and Max Tractor collided soon after the start.  Beatrice, Extra Gear and Havana Miss collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds.  

Ernesto Bale and Oshkosh Myles were slow to begin.

Python Pride and Zanthre Allen collided on the first turn.  Koenigsegg Agera and Where's Lola collided on the first turn.  Python Pride and Oshkosh Myles collided on the second turn checking Python Pride.  Ernesto Bale and Where's Lola collided entering the back straight checking Where's Lola.  Ernesto Bale cramped in the home straight and lost ground subsequently fell in the catching pen. 

Ernesto Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have cramped in both back muscles.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed. Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp) Ernesto Bale must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

A post-race sample was taken from Hardaway Jayjay - winner of the event. 

Courting was quick to begin.

Tauwitchere and Deliver collided soon after the start.  Courting and Lagoon Rhett collided on the first turn.  Tauwitchere checked off Deliver on the first turn severely checking Say Hi, King Colt, Rixy Ya Pest and Go Seek Heidi.  Courting and Deliver collided on the second turn checking Courting. 

A pre-race sample was taken from Spirit Of Arlene.

Zipping Sheila and Mepunga Molly were quick to begin.

Ma's Plum Jam and Hadeel Bale collided approaching the first turn.  Kraken Doll and Spirit Of Arlene collided on the first turn checking Kraken Doll.  

Stewards conducted a check of catcher’s licences - Mrs C. Brinsley and Mr B. Meachem were issued with warnings regarding their failure to produce their GRV licence in accordance with LRR 16.2.

This event was delayed by 4 minutes due to the the staff having to clear the track of wildlife.

Rajasthan and Go Seek Fernando were quick to begin.

Dyna Chancer and Rajasthan collided on the first turn.  Rockstar Prince race wide on the second turn.  Rajasthan and Aston It Is collided on the second turn.

Rockstar Prince underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Doc's Reward was quick to begin.  Lady Oracle and Sawan Sawan were slow to begin.

Lucky Millie and Lady Oracle collided soon after the start.  Jacqui Shoshone and Kraken Bam Bam collided on the first turn checking Kraken Bam Bam and Sawan Sawan.  Lucky Millie and Lady Oracle collided on the second turn.  Sawan Sawan lost ground approaching the home turn and faltered approaching the winning post.

Sawan Sawan underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 12 and was found to have a left and right monkey muscle injury and a left hamstring injury.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr A. Karabitsakos, the trainer of Sawan Sawan and acting under GAR 75 (1) Stewards ordered Mr Karabitsakos to report as soon as practicable anything that may have affected the running of Sawan Sawan in the event which was not noted by Stewards during or immediately after the event. 

A post-race sample was taken from Origami Angel - winner of the event. 

Stewards spoke to Mr A. Karabitsakos the trainer of Sawan Sawan, pursuant to GAR 42 (2) Stewards issued a warning to Mr Karabitsakos after he removed his greyhound from the kennel building once it fulfilled its engagement without any authority from the Stewards.

A pre-race sample was taken from One Thrill.

One Thrill and Monster Harley collided soon after the start and again on the first turn.  Folding Green and New Samsation collided on the second turn.  One Thrill and Cee Me Snoop collided approaching the third turn.  Monster Harley checked off One Thrill approaching the third turn.
