Track Curator Mr. M. Pell advised that the track was lightly harrowed on 6th July 2019.

Stewards altered the closing time of kennelling in accordance with GAR31(3), due to technical issues during kennelling. The kennels closed at 2:20pm.

Chicken Twistie and Kraken Bo collided approaching the first turn. Chicken Twistie, Galilahi, Hillbilly Diva and Grab That Earn collided on the first turn checking Galilahi, Hillbilly Diva and Grab That Earn. Hillbilly Diva and Grab That Earn collided in the home straight.

Sense was quick to begin. Nellie Briggs, Loving You and Kraken Risky collided soon after the start. Kraken Risky galloped on the heels of Loving You approaching the first turn severely checking Kraken Risky and Loving You, causing Kraken Risky to stumble. My Name's Wally and Sense collided approaching the first turn. My Name's Wally and Nellie Briggs collided on the first turn checking Nellie Briggs. Nellie Briggs and Rampant Loch collided approaching the home turn. Nellie Briggs and Sense collided approaching the winning post. Kraken Risky raced wide in the home straight.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade Steward, Mr. C. Blake did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event. 

Big Cam and Tiki Monteya collided soon after the start checking Big Cam. Big Cam, Oriental Tiger and Kaide Bale collided approaching the first turn checking Big Cam.

Smooth Rooster and Cast were slow to begin. Ted's Dream, Refueled and They Love Me collided approaching the first turn checking Refueled. Ted's Dream and They Love Me collided on the first turn. Refueled and Smooth Roster collided on the first turn checking Smooth Roster. Ted's Dream, They Love and Cast collided approaching the home turn checking Ted's Dream and Cast.

Smooth Rooster underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.

Mr. K. Eyles failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Kraken Hero for racing.  Mr. Eyles was fined $100 pursuant to GAR 46 (2)

Jaggered Edge and Wendy Maria were quick to begin.

Valley Wing, Better Way and Shooters Ali were slow to begin

Oddjob Lad and Cavatate collided soon after the start. Cavatate checked off Jaggered Edge on the home turn. Cavatate contacted the running rail on the home turn. Wendy Maria and Oddjob Lad collided in the home straight. A post-race sample was taken from Jaggered Edge, winner of the event.

Stewards issued a warning to Ms. E. Wilson regarding a child being in the catching pen whilst the race was on pursuant to GAR20(r). 

Blazin' Stripes was quick to begin. Blazin' Stripes and Revved Up Dee collided soon after the start checking Revved Up Dee. Shellbrook, Pocket Dial, Violet Blue and Black Rose Texas collided soon after the start checking Violet Blue, Black Rose Texas and Pocket Dial. Violet Blue and Pocket Dial collided approaching the second turn checking Violet Blue which tailed off. Shellbrook and Blazin' Stripes collided approaching the home turn checking Blazin' Stripes.

Crystal Bling underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have split webbing to the right hind paw. A 10 stand down period was imposed.

Violet Blue underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right fore shin soreness and a right wrist sprain. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Blazin' Stripes underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury and bruising over the hind legs. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Railway Burra was quick to begin. Cullquin Cersei, Moonquake and Lily The Weapon collided on the first turn checking Moonquake and Cullquin Cersei. Dyna Jenaya and Spyfection and collided approaching the second turn. Railway Burra and Full Of Weetbix collided on the second turn. Dyna Jenaya and Spyfection raced wide in the home straight. Emgee Sprinter, Railway Burra and Full Of Weetbix collided approaching the winning post checking Railway Burra and Full Of Weetbix.

Murrabit Sammy was slow to begin. No Respect, Stoikos, My Girl Sissy, Smoke And Embers and Rio Mia collided soon after the start checking Stoikos, My Girl Sissy, Smoke And Embers and Wild Bandit. No Respect, Stoikos and Smoke And Embers collided approaching the winning post checking No Respect and Smoke And Embers.

Manila Sprite, Run The Route and Hillbilly Boy collided soon after the start checking Hillbilly Boy. Midnight Waltz and Why Not Grace collided approaching the first turn checking Why Not Grace. Manila Sprite galloped on the heels of Why Not Grace approaching the first turn severely checking the Why Not Grace. Hillbilly Boy and Manila Sprite collided on the home turn checking Manila Sprite. Pyrenees Classic raced wide in the home straight. Flying Jamaica and Kraken Bam Bam collided approaching the winning post.

Ms. D. Trickey requested an early race endorsement for Flying Jamaica. The endorsement was approved for Flying Jamaica after an examination prior to racing by the on-track veterinarian. Stewards directed the greyhound compete in Early Races only until further notice.
