Jupiter Ascending was slow to begin.
Aladdin Prince and Brave Innings collided soon after the start. Jupiter Ascending crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with Lektra Damage. Wild Hunny crossed to the outside at the 200m mark. Jupiter Ascending and Lektra Damage collided several times at the 150m mark checking Lektra Damage.
Macauliff – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory Trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at Healesville for failing to chase by reason of injury. Weighing 37.5kg and beginning from box 6, Macauliff completed the 300m trial distance in a time of 16.88. Macauliff placed first in a field of four winning by 4.25 lengths. Macauliff has been cleared to race at all tracks.
