Merriview Jiffy and Chill Out Dusty were quick to begin. Ragin' Chloe and Mr. Milford were slow to begin.
Iman Bale contacted the running rail approaching the first turn and lost ground checking Ragin' Chloe. Chill Out Dusty galloped on the heels of Merriview Jiffy approaching the home turn. Regal Missile, Merriview Jiffy, Chasin' Bobbi and Chill Out Dusty collided approaching the home turn checking Chill Out Dusty and Chasin' Bobbi and severely checking Merriview Jiffy. Merriview Jiffy and Ragin' Chloe collided on the home turn.
A post-race sample was directed to be taken from Mr. Milford however due to operational issues the sample was unable to be taken.
Iman Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
