Steward's Report
Evasive Escape was slow to begin,
Cilla Gem and Chopping Spuds collided soon after the start. Cilla Gem and Miss Spolly collided on the first turn checking Cilla Gem; Cilla Gem contacted the running rail as a result. Miss Spolly galloped on Party Muscles approaching the home turn checking Chopping Spuds and severely checking Miss Spolly which lost considerable ground and subsequently tailed off.
Miss Spolly was vetted and after being re-vetted following event 11, it was reported that the greyhound sustained a carpal sprain injury, a 5 day stand down period was imposed.
