Valentine Belle and Jimmy On Rocks were slow to begin.  Jimmy On Rocks raced wide throughout the event.

White Opal was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 3, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. B. Cook, the representative of the greyhound Valentine Belle.  Stewards deemed the performance of Valentine Belle unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Valentine Belle must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Archerlotte was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 7, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Jimmy On Rocks was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 3, it was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Irish Down Under went up with the lids at box rise and lost ground as a result.  Tennessee Gal was slow to begin.  Boy Dexter and Miss Missile collided at the 250 metre mark checking Boy Dexter which tailed off as a result.

Boy Dexter was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 6, it was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to it's right quadriceps.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. J. Jarkis, the trainer of the greyhound Boy Dexter.  Stewards deemed the performance of Boy Dexter unsatisfactory in this event and acting in accordance with GAR 71, Stewards directed that Boy Dexter must perform a Satisfactory Trial  (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Captain Revenge was a late scratching at 9:43am on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to a spike wound to it's left hind pad.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Croatian Rose was a late scratching at 9:39am due to illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Pilbara Gold and Survivor Sal were slow to begin.  Rock Rebel and Broden Train collided several times from the 325 metre mark to the 200 metre mark.  Broden Thunder and Survivor Sal collided at the 300 metre mark.  Pilbara Gold and Broden Thunder collided at the 250 metre mark.

Cosmic Pilot and Slick Mix were slow to begin.  Parwan Girl crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Dozer Man and Black Leveque.  Parwan Girl crossed to the rail at the 300 metre mark checking Flywheel Special, Cosmic Pilot and Dozer Man.  Runaway Chase raced wide until the 200 metre mark.  Black Leveque raced wide from the 200 metre mark until the winning post.  Parwan Girl checked off Flywheel Special at the 100 metre mark checking Cosmic Pilot.

Maximus Glider and Threatening collided at the 300 metre mark.  Threatening checked off Maximus Glider at the 150 metre mark.  Call Me Scary and Loretta collided at the 150 metre mark.  Here Comes Alex and Maximus Glider collided approaching the winning post.

Burj Khalifa, Cop That Johnny, Abit Cooler and Arizona Showman were slow to begin.  Burj Khalifa, Cop That Johnny and King Larry collided soon after the start.  Cop That Johnny and Abit Cooler collided at the 300 metre mark checking Cop That Johnny, Abit Cooler and Burj Khalifa.  Burj Khalifa galloped on the heels of King Larry approaching the 250 metre mark and crossed to the outside checking Abit Cooler and Cop That Johnny as a result.

Challis Miss and Suarez were slow to begin.  Challis Miss and Tudor Park collided at the 200 metre mark.  Centralian and Tudor Park collided at the 150 metre mark checking Tudor Park.  Concealed, Elusive Daicos and Southpaw Boxer collided at the 100 metre mark.

Callum's Wish was slow to begin.  Abit Late and Doing Donuts collided soon after the start.  Nancy Devoy crossed to the outside soon after the start and collided with Callum's Wish and Kristingee as a result.  Callum's Wish and Abit Late collided at the 150 metre mark.  Callum's Wish checked off Abit Late approaching the winning post.

Callum's Wish was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to it's left pencil.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
