Steward's Report
Go Jetta Go went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (4L).
Dyna Dieter checked off Regal Sound soon after the start. Incumbent and Young Hawke collided soon after the start. Chief Tyson, Regal Sound and Hala Belle collided on the first turn. Young Hawke and Regal Sound collided in the back straight. Go Jetta Go checked off the heels of Illicit Twist in the back straight. Young Hawke raced wide entering the home straight.
Go Jetta Go was vetted follwowing the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Subsequent to the all clear being given, Trainer Jason Thompson (Go Jetta Go) expressed his concern with the start of the race, as in his opinion he believed that Go Jetta Go was denied a fair start. After viewing the film with Mr Thompson and acting on their own observations Stewards remained satisfied with the start of the event.
