A pre race sample was taken from Azure Herrera.
Skeeta Storm was slow to begin.
Azure Herrera, Soho Girl and Blackpool Flyer collided soon after the start. Soho Girl checked off Azuare Herrera approaching the first turn. Elsa Victorem galloped on the heels of Soho Girl on the first turn checking Skeeta Storm, severely checking Elsa Victorem and severely checking Soho Girl which fell as a result.
Elsa Victorem was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Soho Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right scapula fracture, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.
