Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr A Sacco, the trainer of Ginza Lion regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Ginza Lion last raced on 13th August 2018. Mr Sacco stated that the greyhound was returning to racing from a right hock injury. A pre race sample was taken from Ginza Lion.
Zenstar was quick to begin.
Ohio Fernando, Gin Lee's Bullet and Ginza Lion collided soon after the start checking Ohio Fernando and Gin Lee's Bullet. Miss Crazy and Ginza Lion approaching the home turn checking Ginza Lion. Ginza Lion, Gin Lee's Bullet and Bowon Approach collided on the home turn checking Ginza Lion and Gin Lee's Bullet.
Sunningdale was vetted at the trainer's request following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Meeting Comments:
Satisfactory Trial Results - Mayhem Storm trialled over the 400m from box 8, weight 32.2kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 5. The time of the trial was 23.28, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 3.25L. Mayhem Storm was cleared.
