Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Macalister Ike.
Mizuki was quick to begin. Going In Style and Tarquin Bob were slow to begin. Holyfield and Macalister Ike collided approaching the first turn. Holyfield, Supa Shalala and Doused In Mud collided on the first turn checking Supa Shalala. Macalister Ike and Freedom Fire collided approaching the home turn. Mizuki and Going In Style collided entering the home straight.
Supa Shalala was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left monkey muscle and left chest muscle, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Spence regarding the direction that the greyhound Tarquin Bob be boxed first. Acting under GAR 52(2) Stewards directed that this box first be removed.
