Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Kyriacopoulos the trainer of Ayia Sophia regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Ayia Sophia last raced on 29/07/18. Mr. Kyriacopoulos stated that the greyhound was returning to racing after having a right hind toe removed.
Blue Suede Shoes was very slow to begin (3 lengths). Hurricane Cindy was very slow to begin (4 lengths). Vineyard and New Sense collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking New Sense. New Sense, Egoline Zeb and Blue Suede Shoes collided on the first turn checking New Sense and severely checking Blue Suede Shoes and Egoline Zeb. Egoline Zeb and Hurricane Cindy collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
