Steward's Report
A pre- race sample was taken from Flowing.
Fernando Rocks, Evil Shadow and Final Chimes collided soon after the start. Horus Blue, Evil Shadow, Final Chimes and Edna Betts collided approaching the first turn, checking Final Chimes. Final Chimes brushed the running rail on the first turn. Evil Shadow and Edna Betts collided on the second turn. Edna Betts checked off Miss Tatts approaching the home turn. Evil Shadow raced wide approaching the home turn.
Final Chimes was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
Stewards issued a warning to Mr Maxwell Jones, the trainer of Final Chimes regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the back straight.
