Steward's Report
Aremac Igor was a late scratching at 6:38pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr Gary Mcmillan was fined the sum of $100.
A pre- race sample was unable to be obtained from Farfalla Nera, a post race sample was subsequently taken.
Why Not Macca was slow to begin.
Why Not Macca and Vladimir Rose collided soon after the start. Farfalla Nera and Go Zippy Go collided approaching the first turn, checking Farfalla Nera. Farfalla Nera checked off Go Zippy Go on the home turn, checking Farfalla Nera.
Layback Cruiser was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound has a low grade heart murmur. No stand down period was imposed.

Satisfactory Trial Results -
Dex's Affair trialled over the 311m from box 6 weight 33.1kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 18.48, the greyhound won by a margin of 0.5L. Dex's Affair was cleared.
Stewards spoke to Mr Travis Howell, the trainer of Osaka Bale regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced. Osaka Bale last raced on 3 October, 2017 and is returning to racing after whelping. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Osaka Bale trialled over the 311m from box 1, weight 31.3kgs the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 18.48, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2L. Osaka Bale was cleared.
