Sonic Lauryn underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.

Stewards spoke to Mr P. Reinders the trainer of Sonic Lauryn. Taking into consideration that Sonic Lauryn was marred continually by Jaguar Jessie for approximately 250 metres resulting in both greyhounds being tailed off 36 lengths. Stewards issued a warning regarding Sonic Lauryn's racing manners in the home straight.

Jaguar Jessie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and no apparent injury could be detected.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. McKenzie, the representative of Jaguar Jessie regarding the greyhounds racing manners from the second turn through to the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Jaguar Jessie was charged with marring. Mr McKenzie pleaded guilty to the charge, Jaguar Jessie is suspended for 28 days at Cranbourne and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Darcon Flash finished 1st, Kip Your Best finished 2nd, Kramer Bale finished 3rd, Agent Laylan finished 4th, Snippliss finished 5th.

Darcon Flash – Was stood down from racing at Sandown for Marring. Weighing 28.4kgs and beginning from box 1 winning by ¾ length. Darcon Flash has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Kramer Bale – Performed a weight trial and was stood down from racing at Geelong for marring. Weighing 35.9kgs and beginning from box 2 beaten by 3 ¼ lengths. Kramer Bale has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Agent Laylan – Was stood down from racing at Cranbourne for fail to chase. Weighing 37.8kgs and beginning from box 3 beaten by 7 lengths. Agent Laylan has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Snippyliss - Performed a whelping trial and a weight trial. Weighing 29.1kgs and beginning from box 5 beaten by 15 lengths. Snippyliss has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Kip Your Best – Was stood down from racing at Cranbourne for fail to chase. Weighing 33.8kgs and beginning from box 8 beaten by ¾ length. Kip Your Best has been cleared to race at all tracks.
