Steward's Report
Hectic Bro and Cee Jay Ace were slow to begin.
Solid Bling and Fess Crockett collided soon after the start. Fess Crockett, Hectic Bro and Great Success collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Duke Of Burnley and I'm The Poppet collided approaching the second turn. Hectic Bro checked off Cee Jay Ace approaching the second turn. Weeona Wilbur and Cee Jay Ace collided on the third turn and again on the home turn. Hectic Bro marred I'm The Poppet in the home straight.
Hectic Bro underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right trapezius muscle injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr W. Vassallo, the trainer of Hectic Bro regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Hectic Bro was charged with marring. Mr Vassallo pleaded guilty to the charge, Hectic Bro is suspended for 3 months at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(b) before any future nomination will be accepted.
