Taxing underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a stopper bone fracture. A 60 stand down period was imposed.

Dave's Girl – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound has not competed in an event for in excess of six months due to a spell.  Weighing 30.7kg and beginning from box 1, Dave's Girl completed the 390m trial distance in a time of 22.29. Dave's Girl placed 2nd in a field of four starters beaten by 0.25 lengths. Dave's Girl has been cleared to race. 

Kiewa Cowboy – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at the Shepparton for failing to chase. Weighing 28.3kg and beginning from box 5, Kiewa Cowaboy completed the 390m trial distance in a time of 22.29. Kiewa Cowboy placed 3rd in a field of four starters beaten by 2.5 lengths. Kiewa Cowboy has been cleared to race at all tracks.

Xera Bale – Performed a Stewards Satisfactory trial as the greyhound was stood down from racing at the Shepparton for failing to chase. Weighing 27.7kg and beginning from box 8, Xera Bale completed the 390m trial distance in a time of 22.29. Xera Bale placed 4th in a field of four starters beaten by 4 lengths. Zera Bale has been cleared to race at all tracks.
