Amber's Dolly – Late scratching at 6:17pm due to non arrival (GAR 31). A 28 day stand down period was imposed. Mr Hetherton informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on transit to track, Stewards have informed Mr Hetherton that relevant evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted within 48 hours for the fine to be withheld and the 28 day stand down to be withdrawn.
