Steward's Report
Zed Merrett was a late scratching at 5.56PM on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to bruising on right hind leg . A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Mepunga Billy stumbled at box rise and was slow to begin.
Rixy Ya Pest, Galactic Cat and Dream Future collided approaching the first turn, checking Galactic Cat. Dream Future and My Mate Wally collided on the first turn. Bomber Creek, Dream Future and My Mate Wally collided on the home turn.
Mepunga Billy was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
