A pre-race sample was taken from Kiomara upon arrival at the course, prior to kennelling.
Extreme Justice and Rajasthan collided soon after the start. Our Delta Rose and Kiomara collided soon after the start. Extreme Justice and Rajasthan collided approaching the first turn, checking Extreme Justice and causing Extreme Justice and Our Delta Rose to collide. Our Delta Rose and Ayo Joy collided approaching the second turn. Velocity Lilly checked off Ayo Joy approaching the second turn. Our Delta Rose and Ayo Joy collided entering the front straight. Extreme Justice checked off Rajasthan on the third turn. Velocity Lilly and Quavo collided approaching the fourth turn. Ayo Joy checked off Kiomara entering the back straight causing Ayo Joy and Extreme Justice to collide, checking both greyhounds. Kiomara and Our Delta Rose collided approaching the fifth turn.
