A pre-race sample was taken from Winlock Dyno.
Winsome Express and Winlock Dyno collided soon after the start. Usara Allen and Sisco Bella collided soon after the start. Sisco Bella and Gracioso collided approaching the first turn causing Sisco Bella and Winsome Express to collide. Winlock Dyno contacted the rail and collided with Sisco Bella approaching the second turn; both greyhounds lost ground. Mr Moonlight and Gracioso collided approaching the second turn. Bluegrass Icon and Usara Allen collided approaching the second turn. Sisco Bella and Winlcok Dyno collided on the third turn, checking both greyhounds.
Sisco Bella was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right calf muscle injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
