Lektra Swank, Kurtis Pandora and Solar Tiny collided soon after the start, checking Kurtis Pandora. Weeona Lucky, Recklessness and Elegant Malt collided on the first turn, checking Weeona Lucky and Recklessness.
Kurtis Pandora underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an abdominal muscle injury. A seven day stand down period was imposed.
