Whynot Luv and Vesper Bale collided soon after the start.  Almapa Sunshine and Midnight Turbo collided soon after the start.  Midnight Turbo, Whynot Luv, Vesper Bale and Flojo Mikado collided approaching the first turn checking Midnight Turbo, Whynot Luv and Vesper Bale.  Whynot Luv and Vesper Bale collided on the first turn and again approaching the second turn.  Shanlyn Spot raced wide approaching the second turn.  Mystic Jaguar checked off Vesper Bale approaching the home turn.  Shanlyn Spot raced wide on the home turn.  Midnight Turbo and Vesper Bale collided approaching the winning post.  

Mystic Jaguar underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 8. Mystic Jaguar was found to have a right triangle muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to the trainer of Mystic Jaguar Mrs Kate Gorman regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight. After taking into the account the interference suffered on the home turn and injury sustained the stewards took no further action.

Rock In Rio and Still Rockin' were slow to begin.

Punk Star Rocks and Welsly Bale collided soon after the start.  Still Rockin' raced wide approaching the first turn.  Welsly Bale and Black Opaque collided approaching the first turn.  Punk Star Rocks crossed to the outside on the first turn checking Rock In Rio.  Ask Yourself checked off Still Rockin' on the third turn.

Punk Star Rocks underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

A pre-race sample was taken from Angry Trip.

Sunita Lass and Celestial Jewel collided on the first turn.  Celestial Jewel checked off Yogi Mikado approaching the second turn.  Yogi Mikado marred the running of Angry Trip on the third turn severely checking Angry Trip.  Sunita Lass visibly eased and turned its head outwards on the fourth turn and again in the back straight and collided with Yogi Mikado and Angry Trip.  Yogi Mikado marred the running of Angry Trip on the fifth turn causing both greyhounds to pull up.  Big Boss Bree and Celestial Jewel collided approaching the home turn.  Summer Girl and Celestial Jewel collided in the home straight.

Angry Trip underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hind paw. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Sunita Lass underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Stewards spoke to Mr C. Redenbach, the trainer of Sunita Lass regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the fourth turn and in the back straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Sunita Lass was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr Redenbach did not enter a plea in relation to the charge. Stewards found Sunita Lass guilty and is suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Yogi Mikado underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Stewards spoke to Ms M. Barber, the trainer of Yogi Mikado regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the third and fifth turn.  Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Yogi Mikado was charged with marring. Ms Barber pleaded guilty to the charge, Yogi Mikado is suspended for 28 days at Sandown and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

An out of competition sample was taken from Zipping Arden on 8th June 2019 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Star Reiko was quick to begin.  Stevie Jane, Darnum Dasher and Zipping Arden were slow to begin.

Stevie Jane and Hot Finish collided soon after the start.  Kurri Kurri and Star Reiko collided on the first turn checking Start Reiko and Zipping Arden.  Lady Oracle and Darnum Dasher collided approaching the second turn.  Star Reiko and Kurri Kurri collided entering the back straight.  Zipping Arden brushed the running rail on the fourth turn.  Darnum Dasher galloped on Hot Finish on the fourth turn checking Hot Finish.

Popowski, Going To Pot and Sandy's My Name were slow to begin.

Busy Bella, Why Not Kez and Popowski collided soon after the start.  Rippa Regis and Especial Shiraz collided soon after the start.  Ruby Girl checked off Busy Bella on the first turn.  Ruby Girl, Rippa Regis and Going To Pot collided on the first turn severely checking Going To Pot.

Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Horus Blue was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Girvasi pleaded guilty to the charge, Horus Blue must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Gracie Blue underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right fore paw injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr C. Hughes, regarding the greyhounds racing manners entering the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Gracie Blue was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Hughes pleaded guilty to the charge, Gracie Blue must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
