Steward's Report
Stewards spoke to Mr B. Divirgilio, the representative of Nothin' To Lose regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Nothin' To Lose last raced on 30th September 2019. Mr Divirgilio stated that the greyhound was resuming from a spell.
A pre-race sample was taken from Horus Blue.
Figure Eight was quick to begin. Nothin' To Lose, Lady Oracle and Horus Blue were slow to begin.
Mr. Fabulous and Lady Oracle collided approaching the first turn. Figure Eight and Lady Oracle collided on second turn checking Figure Eight. Figure Eight and Mr. Fabulous collided approaching the third turn severely checking Figure Eight. Mr. Fabulous faltered on the third turn and pulled up.
Mr. Fabulous was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right wrist, right shoulder and right biceps, a 60 day stand down period was imposed.
