Stewards spoke to Mr D. Eddy the representative of  the greyhound Burrawonga Girl was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Mr Eddy was issued with a warning and reminded when kennelling he ensures greyhounds are kennelled in accordance with kennel procedure. 

Stewards spoke to kennel attendant, Ms S. Warde after the greyhound Burrawonga Girl was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Ms Warde was reminded of their responsibilities and asked to ensure that all greyhounds are correctly kennelled in future. This matter was referred to the Club Manager for further consideration. 

Stewards spoke to the Mr. S Van Oirschot the trainer of Valhalla Girl and issued a warning regarding his attire pursuant LRR 22.3(a).

Blackwater Girl and Kiewa Cowboy were quick to begin. More Wit and Burrawonga Girl were slow to begin. Magical Ruby galloped on the heels of Blackwater Girl soon after the start checking Blackwater Girl. Blackwater Girl, Magical Ruby, Mr. Long, Burrawong Miss and Valhalla Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Magical Ruby and Mr. Long. Mr. Long and Burrawonga Miss collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Kiewa Cowboy and Burrawonga Girl raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Magical Ruby was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound the greyhound sustained bruising to the left shoulder. A 5 day stand period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mrs P. Boots the trainer of Magical Ruby an issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the home straight. When making this decision Stewards took into account all available footage and their own observations.

Mr. Long was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.

A pre race sample was taken from Tat Chloe.

Still Quick was quick to begin. Limerick Icon was slow to begin. Tat Chloe, Mashika and Serendipity Life collided soon after the start checking Mashika. All The Same, Still Quick and Glacier Boy collided approaching the first turn checking Still Quick. Serendipity Life checked off Flying Moss on the first turn. Serendipity Life raced wide approaching the home turn.

Mia Maestro and Akut were quick to begin. Jaimandy Tony was slow to begin. Mia Maestro checked off Akut soon after the start.Mia Maestro and Jaimandy Tony collided soon after the start checking Mia Maestro. Mammoth and Zambora Nozie collided on the first turn. Mia Maestro checked off Tat Nuggie on the home turn. Jaimandy Tony checked off Zambora Nozie in the home straight. Krisbar Wee Wow raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr S. Melville regarding his difficulty in boxing the greyhound Mammoth.  Stewards directed that Mammoth be boxed first in future events.

Avatar Witch was quick to begin. Ramble Tamble was slow to begin. Little Red Hot and Ramble Tamble collided approaching the first turn checking Little Red Hot. Ramble Tamble checked off Wendy Maria approaching the first turn, Ramble Tamble stumbled as a result. El Donberto and Larrikan Bozzie collided on the first turn checking El Donberto who stumbled as a result. Little Red Hot and El Donberto collided in the home straight. 

El Donberto was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the neck. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

A pre race sample was taken from Mayhem Breeze.

Half Day Harry was quick to begin. Bro Wizard, Maximum Lara and Tat Barbie were slow to begin. Bro Wizard and Mayhem Breeze collided on the first turn. Some Spark and Tat Barbie collided on the first turn. Maximum Lara and Sergi collided on the first turn. Some Spark and Tat Barbie collided on the second turn. Maximum Lara and Sergi collided entering the back straight. Bro Wizard and Sergi collided entering the home straight. Half Day Harry and Onya Grover raced wide in the home straight. Tat Barbie marred Half Day Harry approaching the winning post.

Tat Barbie was vetted following the event.  It was reported that that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left triangle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr D. Warburton, the trainer of the greyhound Tat Barbie regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post. Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Tat Barbie with marring. Mr D. Warburton pleaded no plea to the charge, Tat Barbie was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and it was directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

A pre race sample was taken from Split Chic.

Split Chic was quick to begin. Rocky Road and Klondike Gold were slow to begin. Eight Bells Toll, Scarecrow Tiger and Split Chic collided soon after the start checking Eight Bells Toll. Scarecrow Tiger and Split Chic collided approaching the first turn. All Inn Houston and Maximum Bliss collided approaching the first turn.

Eight Bells Toll was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained no apparent injury.

A pre race sample was taken from Better Way.

You Aussie was quick to begin. Jaimandy Carl was slow to begin. Shimmy Dat Ray and Dark Tyde collided soon after the start. Flying Rose, Shimmy Dat Ray and Jaimandy Carl collided approaching the first turn. Shimmy Dat Ray and Dark Tyde collided on the first turn. Lily The Weapon galloped on the heels of Dark Tyde on the first turn severely checking both greyhounds. Shimmy Dat Ray and Better Way collided in the home straight.

Quando Quando and Tat Warby collided soon after the start checking Tat Warby. Magnus Keroma, Miss Congenial and Dyna Zapto collided soon after the start checking Miss Congenial. Tat Warby galloped on the heels of Lucky Paws approaching the first turn. Top Alcohol and Dyna Zapto collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Quando Quando and Miss Congenial raced wide in the home straight.

A pre race sample was taken from Blazin' Bulla.

Bushmans Destiny was quick to begin. Twilight Shae and Judge Judy were slow to begin. Swahili Icon and Chook Richards collided soon after the start. Swahili Icon, Judge Judy and Chook Richards collided approaching the first turn severely checking Swahili Icon.

A pre race sample was taken from Chase The Nugget.

Crackerjack Des and launch Time were quick to begin. Macs Model galloped on the heels of Launch Time soon after the start. Crakerjack Des and Launch Time collided approaching the first turn severely checking Crackerjack Des which contacted the running rail. Scarlett Zulu galloped on the heels of Chase The Nugget on the first turn. Launch Time and Big Mary collided on the first turn. Macs Model and Scarlett Zulu collided on the home turn. Arelecchino and Scarlett Zulu collided on the home turn and again in the home straight.

Crackerjack Des was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury sustained.

A sample was taken from Macs Model – placed fourth in the event.

Bolare was quick to begin. Our China Plate was very slow to begin (4 Lengths). Due Fratteli, Tiggerlong Zorro and Stylish Bree collided approaching the first turn checking Due Fratteli. Bolare and Tiggerlong Zorro collided on the home turn. Our China Plate checked off Due Fratelli entering the home straight. Lektra Rival, Go Didda Go and Dyna Cassi raced wide in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr Garry Harding, trainer of Tiggerlong Zorro after he misheard the starters orders. Stewards issued Mr Harding with a warning pursuant to GAR 51.3.

Stewards spoke to Peter Stefanos, the trainer of Berridale Buddie regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Berridale Buddie last raced on 17th January 2018.Mr Stefanos stated that the greyhound was returning to racing following a triangle injury. Stewards noted that Berridale Blue ran a satisfactory trial on 20th September at Shepparton and was cleared.

Stewards spoke to Mr J. Arthur, the trainer of Buzz Off Sally regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Buzz Off Sally last raced on 13 July, 2018. Mr Arthur stated that the greyhound was resuming racing following a spell.

A pre race sample was taken from Berridale Buddie.

Buzz Off Sally was slow to begin. Blackhawk Parker, Miss Travers and Mini Sticka collided soon after the start. Blackhawk Parker and Mini Sticka collided approaching the first turn. Buzz Off Sally contacted the running rail approaching the first turn and lost ground as a result. Blackhawk Parker and Mini Sticka collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Berridale Buddie clipped the heels of Miss Travers entering the home straight checking Berridale Buddie. Beriidale Buddie and Dyna Ianto collided in the home straight.

Buzz Off Sally was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained bruising to the left shoulder. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
