Super Spolly was slow to begin.  Banana Honeybear and Diamond Icon collided soon after the start checking Banana Honeybear.  Mia Tesoro crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Diamond Icon, Torh Minter, Zipping Josette, Spectator, Banana Honeybear and Super Spolly.  Banana Honeybear and Jamie Marie collided on the first turn.

Water Pistol was a late scratching at 6.50pm on the advice of the Club's Veterinary Surgeon due to an injured left triangle muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Volcanic Winter was slow to begin.  Blunderbuss and Hypo Chared collided approaching the first turn checking Blunderbuss.  Swift Mandy was checked off Blunderbuss on the first turn checking Angel's Hand and Volcanic Winter.

A pre-race sample was taken from Tron's Empire.

Tron's Empire and Flashing Oaks were slow to begin.  All About Arby and Meehan Barney collided on the first turn checking All About Arby.  Sassy Slyder and Flashing Oaks collided in the home straight.  Sassy Slyder was checked off Delta's Magic in the home straight.

Zade's Magic was quick to begin.  Molly Spolly was slow to begin.  Early Special was checked off Cosmic Act approaching the first turn.  Why Not Cory and Issy Keats collided on the first turn checking Goorawin and Molly Spolly.  Early Special and Goorawin collided approaching the home turn.

Miss Zok Dee and Swift Abbey were slow to begin.  Grande Fratello, Valley Reaper and Akina Blitz collided on the first turn checking Valley Reaper.  Colorado and Sunny's Kayo collided on the first turn.  Miss Zok Dee and Swift Abbey collided on the first turn checking Miss Zok Dee.  Colorado and Sunny's Kayo collided approaching the home turn.

Grande Fratello was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no injury apparent.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. B. Harper the trainer of Grande Fratello regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.

Merchant Prince was slow to begin.  Able Bess was checked off Milla Rose soon after the start.  Paua Te Kuri was checked off Milla Rose on the first turn.  Paua Te Kuri and Able Bess collided on the first turn checking Able Bess.  Milla Rose and Trap Queen collided approaching the home turn.  Lucas Rose, Milla Rose and Trap Queen collided approaching the home turn checking Milla Rose.  Able Bess and Milla Rose collided entering the home straight.  Paua Te Kuri and Milla Rose collided in the home straight.

Milla Rose was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured right triangle, right pencil muscle and left monkey muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Wild Angel was re-vetted prior to the event after erratic behaviour in its kennel.

Wild Angel and Kazza Magoo collided soon after the start.  Jimmy Vella, Who's Got Class and Wild Angel collided approaching the first turn checking Who's Got Class.  Kazza Magoo and Daintree Dynamo collided approaching the first turn checking Daintree Dynamo.  Who's Got Class, Vladimir Rose and Daintree Dynamo collided entering the back straight.  Wild Angel and Vladimir Rose collided entering the home straight.  Why Not Macca and Knocka Feller collided entering the home straight.  Who's Got Class and Vladimir Rose collided approaching the winning post.  Vladimir Rose and Daintree Dynamo collided approaching the winning post.

Mars Rising and Zippy Lynet were slow to begin.  Garrido and Omega Vera crossed in soon after the start checking Garrido, Slick Maggie and Dr. Leonardo.  Dr. Leonardo and Slick Maggie collided on the first turn checking Slick Maggie, Garrido and Zoobie.  Dr. Leonardo and Mega Hazel collided on the third turn.

Early Spring was a late scratching at 6.10pm on Veterinary advice (GAR 37)(fleas).  No stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.

Kylo Ren and Flywheel Strike were slow to begin.  Brandeen Bayley crossed in soon after the start checking Snoop A Loop and Gappy Hilmore.  Kylo Ren and Mother Monster collided on the first turn.  Gappy Hilmore was checked off Mother Monster in the home straight.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 4 minutes after the handler of Zippy Zuri was unable to box the greyhound after several attempts, resulting in the remaining greyhounds being in the boxes for a prolonged period of time. The Steward at the boxes directed the greyhounds be removed, they were re-vetted and subsequently passed fit to race.

Zippy Zuri and Destini Trucker were quick to begin.  Gunmetal Liam and Dr. Shreds were slow to begin. Early Express and Destini Trucker collided soon after the start.  Puffin' Stuff and Early Express collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Mignon was checked off Gunmetal Liam on the first turn.  Mignon was checked off Dr. Shreds approaching the winning post.

Stewards spoke to Mrs. Y. Andrews regarding her difficulty in boxing the greyhound Zippy Zuri.  Stewards directed that Zippy Zuri be boxed first in future events.

A sample was taken from Destini Trucker - winner of the event.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately 1 1/2 minutes due to the Parade Steward misreading the starting time and the delay in the previous event.

Lightning Boxy and Miss Pie collided soon after the start.  Our Bravo Rose was checked off Why Not Hugh on the first turn.  Dr. Gammiris and Lightning Boxy collided on the first turn.  Why Not Hugh was checked off Doran's Call approaching the home turn.  Our Bravo Rose, Lightning Boxy and Dr. Gammiris collided approaching the home turn.  Miss Pie and Lightning Boxy collided on the home turn.

Lightning Boxy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an abraded left hind paw, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Seaton Star was a late scratching at 6.14pm on Veterinary advice (GAR 37)(fleas).  No stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance before any future nomination will be accepted.
