Steward's Report
Mr David Knocker, handler of High Tenacity, declared a new weight of 30.7 kgs for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). High Tenacity last raced at 31.8 kgs.
A pre-race sample was taken from High Tenacity.
Brick Lane, Pattaya Paul, Handpass and Kraken Daisy collided soon after the start, checking Brick Lane, Pattaya Paul and Kraken Daisy. Brick Lane checked off Another Bling entering the back straight and lost ground from this point. Clovalley Mauri and Another Bling collided on the home turn.
Brick Lane was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right hindleg back muscle injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.
