Feelin' Seedy was slow to begin.
Lanis Morris and Renegade collided soon after the start. Feelin' Seedy and Lanis Morris collided approaching the 250m mark, checking Feelin' Seedy. All You Got and Like A Fancy collided approaching the 200m mark. Feelin' Seedy, All You Got, Like A Fancy and Mallard collided at the 150m mark, severely checking Like A Fancy. Feelin' Seedy checked off Shake The night approaching the winning post. Feelin' Seedy and Mallard collided approaching the winning post. All You Got checked off Mallard approaching the winning post.
Following the running of this Event, the Sewards established that the TAB had incorrectly monitored the interim placings as 6-5-1-2. Stewards contacted the TAB Control Room and were advised that this was an operational error on their part and corrected the placings to 2-7-1-3.
