Wadelock Mindy was quick to begin.  Fallen Star was slow to begin and crossed to the outside soon after the start.  Dr. Luvdisc, Zipping Bronze and North Wind collided soon after the start.  Zipping Bronze was checked off Dr. Luvdisc on the first turn.  Lightning Parade and Manarola collided on the first turn checking Manarola and Mahjong Ted.  Zipping Bronze faltered on the first turn and lost ground.  Dr. Luvdisc was checked off Manarola in the home straight.  Fallen Star raced wide in the home straight.  

Zipping Bronze was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left back muscle, a 90 day stand down period was imposed.
