A pre-race sample was taken from Dyna Arrow, I'm Orion, Rosacky Thunder and Lights Of Tanjil upon arrival on course, prior to kennelling.
Mr. D. Saunders was fined the sum of $50 for failing to ensure the registration card was produced for the greyhound Baggy's Request pursuant to GAR 33.
A pre-race sample was taken from Baggy's Request, Black Shirley, Mel's Footsteps, No Passengers
Baggy's Request was quick to begin. Rosacky Thunder and Black Shirley were slow to begin. No Passengers, Black Shirley and Lights Of Tanjil collided soon after the start. Mel's Footsteps was checked off Dyna Arrow approaching the first turn. Dyna Arrow, I'm Orion and No Passengers collided on the first turn checking I'm Orion. Baggy's Request and Rosacky Thunder collided approaching the home turn checking Rosacky Thunder. Mel's Footsteps raced wide on the home turn. Black Shirely and Lights Of Tanjil collided in the home straight.
