Yuken Pay Me and Shooters Ali were slow to begin. Goodbye Goldie was very slow to begin (4 lengths).
Dundee Jitterbug and Galloping Nikki collided approaching the first turn checking Galloping Nikki and Shooters Ali. Dundee Jitterbug and Scooby Scooby Do collided on the first turn checking Scooby Scooby Do. Shooters Ali and Galloping Nikki collided on the first turn checking Shooters Ali and severely checking Galloping Nikki which fell as a result.
Galloping Nikki was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right wrist sprain, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
