Brindle Delight and Chief Bronie collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn.  Brindle Delight and Vineyard collided in the home straight checking Vineyard.

Melally Boy and Yuken Win were slow to begin.

Delta's Tiara and Prince Ferno collided approaching the first turn.  Melally Boy crossed out and raced wide approaching the home turn.  Little Samara and Krystal Parade collided approaching the home turn.  Delta's Tiara tired over the concluding stages.

Delta's Tiara was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Mr M. Puleio trainer of Happy Days declared a new weight of 34.2kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Happy Days last raced at 32.8kg.

Lagatha, Wake Up Wilma and Double The Power were slow to begin.

Dundee jive and Aston Jekyll collided approaching the first turn.  Wake Up Wilma checked off Lagatha on the first turn.  Aston Jekyll and Dundee Jive collided approaching the home turn and raced wide.  Wake Up Wilma and Aston Jekyll collided entering the home straight.  Dundee Jive and Double The Power collided in the home straight.  Wake Up Wilma, Dundee Jive and Double The Power collided approaching the winning post.  

Aston Jekyll was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr E. Lieshout, the trainer of Aston Jekyll regarding the greyhound’s racing manners approaching the home turn.

Apila Cash and Gojek were slow to begin.

Run It Straight raced wide approaching the first turn and lost ground.  Theatrics Show, Jiggy's Luck, Prince Mikado and Gojek collided on the first turn severely checking Theatrics Show and checking Jiggy's Luck and Prince Mikado.  Apila Cash checked off Architecture on the home turn.  Architecture checked off Lucy Gem on the home turn. 

Run It Straight was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left triangle injury. a 21 day stand down period was imposed. 

Trainer Mr R. Cunneen requested that Apila Cash be vetted following the event.  it was reported that the greyhound sustained a right triangle injury, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Yuken Pay Me and Shooters Ali were slow to begin.  Goodbye Goldie was very slow to begin (4 lengths).

Dundee Jitterbug and Galloping Nikki collided approaching the first turn checking Galloping Nikki and Shooters Ali.  Dundee Jitterbug and Scooby Scooby Do collided on the first turn checking Scooby Scooby Do.  Shooters Ali and Galloping Nikki collided on the first turn checking Shooters Ali and severely checking Galloping Nikki which fell as a result.  

Galloping Nikki was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right wrist sprain, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Ms J. Brooks the trainer of Row Tay Tom regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Row Tay Tom last raced on 26 July 2018. Ms Brooks stated that the greyhound was returning to racing from an illness.

Marko Bale, Another Shiner and Diesel Turbo were slow to begin.

Jupiter Jones and Double Black collided soon after the start checking Jupiter Jones.  Marko Bale and Jupiter Jones collided approaching the first turn checking Jupiter Jones.  Supa Shalala and Cheeky Cindy collided approaching the first turn checking Supa Shalala.  Supa Shalala and Diesel Turbo collided on the first turn checking Supa Shalala.  Another Shiner and Supa Shalala collided on the home turn.

Daintree Dynamo and Dynamic Rainbow collided soon after the start.  Firefly Nuts checked off Reatily Shintaro approaching the first turn.  Fourth Dimention and Weeona Pearl collided approaching the first turn checking Fourth Dimention.  Fourth Dimention, Firefly Nuts and Dynamic Rainbow collided on the first turn checking Firefly Nuts, Dynamic Rainbow and Reatily Shintaro.  Weeona Pearl and Wolfie's Sook collided entering the home straight.  Dynamic Rainbow checked off Reatily Shintaro entering the home straight.  Dynamic Rainbow and Daintree Dynamo collided approaching the winning post.

Hurricane Craig was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to the left cephalic vein, a 3 day stand down period was imposed. 

Nostalgia was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right monkey muscle injury, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

We Love Spolly and Violets Are Red were quick to begin.

Bela Natali and Keen Gem collided on the first turn.  Extra Kisses and Keen Gem collided on the home turn and again in the home straight checking Extra Kisses.

Stewards spoke to Mr G. Whitford the trainer of Ninetymile Turbo regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races.  Ninetymile Turbo last raced on 31 July 2018. Mr. Whitford stated that the greyhound was resuming following a spell.

Lektra Damage was quick to begin.  Cool De Beers and Beast were slow to begin.
