Steward's Report
Apropos was slow to begin. Levator Scapulae, Newtown Flyer and Little Sidey collided soon after the start checking Newtown Flyer. Apropos, Newtown Flyer and Little Sidey collided approaching the first turn checking Newtown Flyer. Sacred Miss, San Remo Lass, Lektra Spark and Levator Scapulae collided on the first turn checking San Remo Lass, Lektra Spark and Are You Serial. Newtown Flyer checked off Little Sidey approaching the home turn. Little Sidey galloped on the heels of Lektra Spark in the home straight checking both greyhounds.
Levator Scapulae was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained right shin soreness. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
