High Water, Jacko Day and Roll 'Em Maggie collided approaching the first turn, checking Jacko Day and Roll 'Em Maggie. Jacko Day checked off Roll 'Em Maggie on the first turn. Roll 'Em Maggie, Jacko Day and Malick collided approaching the home turn, checking Malick and severely checking Roll 'Em Maggie which tailed off. Don's Just Under and Calabrese Bullet collided approaching the home turn. Calabrese Bullet checked off Don's Just Under in the home straight.
Roll 'Em Maggie was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right gracilis (back) muscle. A 21-day stand down period was imposed.
