Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Ebby Ripper.
Bolt Like Bekim, Rockstar Patriot and Back On Lava were slow to begin.
Dundee Calypso checked off Beryllium on the first turn checking Back On Lava. Rockstar Patriot and Myrniong Corner collided on the home turn. Myrniong Corner and Van Ann collided entering the home straight.
Myrniong Corner was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Stewards spoke to the Mr Joe Borg the trainer of Myrniong Corner regarding the greyhounds racing manners entering the home straight, Mr Borg stated that he believed the greyhound was tiring and after receiving a slight check became unbalanced. After viewing the footage Stewards took no further action.
