Steward's Report
Sassy Sultana was a late scratching at 6.34pm by Order of Stewards after the greyhound escaped from the handler in the car park and was unable to be captured prior to kennels closing. Stewards will follow up further with the trainer and handler tomorrow with regards to the incident. Stewards will also contact the relevant authorites that have been notified this evening.
A pre race sample was taken from Mr. Automatic.
Shannon Allen was quick to begin. Mesmerized and Uni Allen collided approaching the home turn, checking Uni Allen. Shannon Allen checked off Mr. Automatic entering the home straight. Mr. Automatic checked off Mesmerized in the home straight.
