Payton and Khaleesi Girl collided on the first turn checking Khaleesi Girl.  Nirimba Pirate checked off Khaleesi Girl approaching the second turn.  Vanishka and Khaleesi Girl collided entering the back straight checking Khalessi Girl and Go Go Guru.  Nirimba Pirate galloped on Khaleesi Girl in the back straight severely checking Spokane Flick which raced wide as a result.  Nirimba Pirate checked off Khaleesi Girl in the home straight.  Lakeview Maisey raced wide throughout the event.

Wilbur Deeds and Ruby's Image were quick to begin.  Mepunga Debbie was slow to begin.

Bont's Magic checked off Mia Brae in the back straight.  Mepunga Debbie and Bont's Magic collided in the back straight and again approaching the third turn checking both greyhounds.

Mia Brae and Ruby's Image collided approaching the third turn checking Mia Brae.  Teflon Travis raced wide on the home turn.

Tahleia Brae and Nicky Neo were quick to begin.  Dyna Yami and Dutch Legacy were slow to begin.

Memphis Sky and Cairnlea Rosie collided on the first turn checking Cairnlea Rosie.  Dyna Yami and Kikem Kreation collided on the second turn and again on the third turn checking both greyhounds.  Cairnlea Rosie and Bolta Neveelk collided in the back straight checking Cairnlea Rosie.  Tahleia Brae and Nicky Neo raced tightly and collided several times approaching the fourth turn checking Tahleia Brae.

Aston Bolt and Barcali were slow to begin.

Hunkapapa and Junior Wizard collided approaching the first turn.  Zipping Kelly and Aston Bolt collided approaching the first turn.  It's A Bull and Aston Bolt collided on the first turn checking Hunkapapa, Junior Wizard and severely checking It's A Bull, Aston Bolt and Barcali, Aston Bolt fell as a result, It's A Bull and Barcali subsequently tailed off.   Zipping Kelly and Hunkapapa collided entering the back straight checking both greyhounds.  Zipping Chang and Okay Kirsty collided approaching the third turn and on the third turn.  

Aston Bolt was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right humerus fracture and was humanely euthanised.

It's A Bull was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained la spike wound to the left hind, left and right saddle soreness, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Barcali was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained left and right deltoids injuries, left and right saddle soreness, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Samples were taken from placegetters - Zipping Chang (1st) and Junior Wizard (2nd).

Stewards inspected the track in the area of the first turn, where Aston Bolt fell and it was safe and suitable for racing.

This event was delayed by approx one minute due to operational matters.

Immen Bale was slow to begin. 

Midnight Hero and Quotation Mark collided soon after the start and approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking Quotation Mark, Immen Bale, Waleonjon and severely checking Midnight Hero.  Huge Allen and Quotation Mark collided in the back straight checking Huge Allen.  Quotation Mark and Waleonjon collided on the third turn checking Quotation Mark and Huge Allen.

Leo's Gift was quick to begin.  Chasin' Crackers, Poke The Bear and Extreme Magic were slow to begin.

Poke The Bear and Extreme Magic collided approaching the first turn.  Chasin' Crackers and Poke The Bear collided on the first turn.  Rapanui Reveller and Chasin' Crackers collided on the first turn.  Poke The Bear checked off Rapanui Reveller on the third turn.  Alpha Georgiou and Jesaulenko collided on the home turn.  Leo's Gift crossed in and collided heavily with Jesaulenko on the home turn.  Rapanui Reveller checked off Leo's Gift on the home turn.  Leo's Gift and Jesaulenko collided several times in the home straight checking Leo's Gift.  Leo's Gift faded over the concluding stages.

Rapanui Reveller was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the right hind, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Leo's Gift was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Blackjack Neo and John John Lava were slow to begin.

Cardamom, Leprechaun Storm and Nymphadora Tonks collided on the first turn.  Miss Lava and Poppy Pete collided on the first turn and in the front straight.  Cardamom checked off Nymphadora Tonks on the second turn severely checking Blackjack Neo and Cardamom, causing Cardamom to fall checking Poppy Pete and Miss Lava.  

Cardamom was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right wrist soreness and right saddle soreness, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Trixta Rox was slow to begin.

Navajo Bear, Tornado Tears, Saint David, She's Gifted and Dyna Patty collided on the first turn checking Saint David and Tornado Bear.  Dyna Patty and She's Gifted collided on the second turn.  Tornado Tears checked off Navajo Bear approaching the third turn.  Navajo Bear and She's Gifted collided on the third turn checking Navajo Bear and Tornado Tears.

Saint David was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the right stopper bone and right saddle soreness, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Sprint Tee was quick to begin.  Back On Lava was slow to begin.

Sprint Tee crossed out soon after the start checking Starzsa Smiling and Le Baz.  Dyna Zad and Dewana Dimie collided in the front straight and on the second turn checking Dewana Dimie and Sprint Tee.  Dyna Zad and Dewana Dimie collided approaching the third turn.  Back On Lava galloped on Lena Lake approaching the fourth turn.  

Starzsa Smiling was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left toe fracture, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Born Jamie, Rig Fifty Five and Dyna Neitz were slow to begin.

Born Jamie and Rig Fifty Five collided soon after the start checking Born Jamie.  Rig Fifty Five and Dyna Terror collided soon after the start.  Barwell Boy, Rig Fifty Five and Dyna Terror collided approaching the first turn checking Rig Fifty Five.  Dyna Terror and Dyna Neitz collided on the first turn checking Dyna Neitz.  Barwell Boy checked off Neo Cleo on the first turn severely checking Barwell Boy and In A Spin.  Rig Fifty Five checked off Dyna Terror entering the back straight checking Barwell Boy.  Barwell Boy faded in the home straight.

Barwell Boy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left monkey muscle soreness and right triangle soreness, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

The kennel representative of Barwell Boy, Ms. A. Langton advised Stewards that this distance is on Barwell Boy‘s limit at the moment and he is relatively inexperienced in racing on two turn tracks.

Idabelle Bale was quick to begin.  Parcero Hope was slow to begin.

Dava Supreme and Dyna Harpa collided approaching the first turn.  Gehring Bale and Mars Rising collided on the first turn.  Tiggerlong Zorro galloped on Idabelle Bale entering the back straight.  Dava Supreme galloped on Riviera Cruz in the back straight.  Parcero Hope and Tiggerlong Zorro collided on the third turn checking Parcero Hope.  Idabelle Bale checked off Dyna Harpa on the home turn checking Mars Rising.  Riviera Cruz and Mars Rising collided approaching the winning post.
