Starbright Toby and Shae Magnifique were slow to begin. Acer and Go Maxi collided soon after the start. Merl's Michu and Vitaliser collided soon after the start. Merl's Michu crossed to the outside at the 300m mark. It's Fresh and Shae Magnifique collided at the 275m mark. Acer and Go Maxi collided at the 150m mark. Starbright Toby and Red Queen collided at the 100m mark and again approaching the winning post.
