Destini Echo went up with the lids at box rise. Kabo's Winlock crossed to the rail soon after the start, checking Hot Jean, Magic Vogue, Pat Malone and Pyrenees Inferno. Blue Fortitude, Kabo's Winlock and Hot Jean collided on the first turn, checking Blue Fortitude and Kabo's Winlock. Destini Echo and Pat Malone collided on the first turn, checking both greyhounds. Blue Fortitude and Kabo's Winlock collided approaching the home turn, checking Blue Fortitude. Pat Malone and Destini Echo collided several times approaching the home turn, checking Destini Echo. Hot Jean and Startron collided on the home turn, Hot Jean raced wide as a result. Pyrenees Inferno and Destini Echo collided several times entering the home straight. Blue Fortitude and Pat Malone raced wide in the home straight and collided approaching the winning post.
