Burning House was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right monkey muscle and left groin. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.

Stewards reviewed the video with Mr. M. Chilcott trainer of Burning House and no further action was taken.

Stewards spoke to Mr. K. Ashton, the trainer of Cullquin Nikki regarding the length of time the greyhound has had between races. Cullquin Nikki last raced on 10th September 2017. Mr. Ashton stated that the greyhound was returning to racing from a right hock fracture.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Baker Street trialled over the 425mt from box 1, weight 34.8kg, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.29, the greyhound won by a margin of 0.75L. Baker Street was cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results (GAR 77A) - Stewards spoke to Mr. S. Barker, the trainer of Mr. Bad Example regarding the length of time since the greyhound last raced.  Mr. Bad Example last raced on 26th July 2017. Mr. Barker stated that the greyhound was returning to racing from a metatarsal fracture. Pursuant to GAR 77A, Baker Street trialled over the 425mt from box 2, weight 34.5kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.29, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 0.75L. Mr. Bad Example was cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Dyna Willem trialled over the 425mt from box 3, weight 31.6kg, the greyhound was placed 4th in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.29, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 15L. Dyna Willem was not cleared. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - Injector trialled over the 425mt from box 7, weight 36.6kg, the greyhound was placed 3rd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.29, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 1L. Injector was cleared.
