Yelredda Saint, Betwixt and Shanlyn Sprite were slow to begin. Yelredda Saint and Betwixt collided soon after the start checking Betwixt. Gappy Hilmore and Mayhem Breeze collided soon after the start. Tory's Rocket, Gappy Hilmore and Mayhem Breeze collided approaching the first turn checking Mayhem Breeze. Tory's Rocket and Gappy Hilmore collided on the first turn checking Yelredda Saint, Betwixt and Mayhem Breeze and severely checking Tory's Rocket. Betwixt checked off Mayhem Breeze approaching the home turn. Gappy Hilmore and Polo Pete collided entering the home straight checking Polo Pete.
