The start of this event was delayed by approximately 2 minutes to allow the judges to make an adjustment to the computer.
Rockin' Joe was slow to begin and stumbled soon after the start. King Of Merrimu crossed to the rail soon after the start. Mossy Girl, Dashing Dyson and Pocket Dial collided on the first turn, checking Dashing Dyson, Mossy Girl, Keisha's Boy and Print The Cheque. Mossy Girl contacted the running rail approaching the second turn. Print The Cheque checked off Dashing Dyson on the second turn, checking Keisha's Boy. Rockin' Joe raced wide on the home turn.
Mossy Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
