Avatar Witch, Rustic Rose, Winlock Barbara and My Name's Hayley collided approaching the first turn, checking My Name's Hayley. Bar King Bonza, Rustic Rose and Staring Shadow collided on the first turn, checking My Name's Hayley, and severely checking Staring Shadow. Rustic Rose and Bar King Bonza collided approaching the home turn, checking both greyhounds.
Bar King Bonza was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right foreleg wrist and thoraco-lumbar injuries, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.
