Sunset Kay checked off Pacific Beach soon after the start. Sunset Kay and Talented Sweetie collided approaching the first turn. Zipping Clark and Sandtrack Sniper collided on the first turn checking Sandtrack Sniper. Pacific Beach checked off Zipping Clark entering the home straight. Newtown Flyer and Jaggered Nikki collided in the home straight.
